- Provide improved guidance on how you can exercise your rights over your personal data in the Privacy Center
- Give you information about how your data is handled for new features and services

Among other updates, the Terms of Use will be updated to:
- Detail the protective measures and parental controls available (Family Settings) for Ubisoft accounts (Article 3) and our player safety policies (Article 7)
- Give additional information about updates and changes we may make to digital content and services, and applicable warranties (Article 5 and Article 10)
- Provide more information about our obligation to delete inactive accounts (Article 8)
- Update our arbitration agreement for US residents (Article 16)
With this update, we wanted to provide all users with a unique and worldwide version of the Terms of Use. This may result in changes to numbering or paragraphs compared to your current version. Where needed, we specified if a given article of paragraph applies to residents of specific countries.

You will have until March 20, 2026 to accept the updated Terms of Use. They will become effective for you and all our users on such date, unless you accept them earlier.
If you do not agree to these changes, you can request the closure of your Ubisoft account on the Account Management Page.
