Our first auction of the year which took place at the beginning of last week sold £74m from the sale of 266 lots across three days. You can now view the full results of the sale here.
Robin Howeson, head of Savills Auctions comments: "We have kicked off the year in exceptional style, raising more than £74m following yet another record-breaking year. Momentum shows no sign of slowing, and we expect demand to remain strong throughout the first quarter. Sellers are keen to dispose of assets before the end of the financial year, while buyers continue to seek out opportunities offering strong value. Both residential and commercial assets within the capital attracted the most significant interest as buyers continue to capitalise on wider market discounts and more modest price growth.
The catalogue for our next auction, taking place on 10 - 11 February has already been published and features 300 lots."

Lots 1 - 214 will be offered on Tuesday 10 February.
Lots 215 onwards will be offered on Wednesday 11 February.
