Officers responded for the report of a motor vehicle crash. When officers arrived on scene, witnesses stated that the vehicle struck a parked car head-on, then struck a second vehicle while attempting to leave the scene. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Julio Hernandez-Ramires, 20, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Hernandez-Ramires was held on a $1,500 bond. (2026-1228)
