Return to School Updates

Dear Churchill Road families,
We can't wait to see all of our students when they return to school. In anticipation of their return we wanted to remind you of the following:
- If your child borrowed an FCPS device and power cord, please return the device, fully charged, on the first day school is open.
- Our Rise Against Hunger campaign and donations are extended through this Thursday, February 5.
Look for a status update from Dr. Reid later today. In addition, updates will be available on the FCPS website and the FCPS mobile app.

FCPS Devices and Power Cords
Please Bring Back to School
Some of our students brought their FCPS device (laptop or iPad) and power cord home to use during the snow days.
The FCPS device and power cord need to be returned to Churchill Road on the first day back to school after our snow days. Please remind your child to charge the device before returning it to school.
Rise Against Hunger Campaign EXTENDED through February 5
Churchill Road ES thanks all students and families who have donated to our Rise Against Hunger campaign. We will extend the campaign collection through this Thursday, February 5. We hope our students have been helpful in chipping away some of the snow-crete that has plastered our driveways and sidewalks, perhaps earning a little extra to donate.
Please make plans to sign up to volunteer to package meals for our Food Packing event on Saturday, February 7! This is an incredible day of service with other Langley Pyramid Schools. Remember, every bit helps and $0.42 covers the cost of a meal and a meal feeds 5-6 people.
We thank you for your continued support of this project again this year.
