| Mandatory Action Required – W-8BEN No Longer Valid |
| |
Dear Client,
This notice is issued to advise you that the W-8BEN form associated with your account has expired and is no longer valid for tax reporting or withholding purposes. The W-8BEN is required to certify non-U.S. tax residency and to support accurate application of tax regulations.
Following expiration, the form can no longer be relied upon to claim reduced withholding rates or treaty-based benefits. Regulatory standards require that, until a renewed W-8BEN is submitted and approved, standard withholding treatment may apply to your account.
To remain compliant, you must submit a renewed W-8BEN that will remain valid through December 31, 2026. The renewal process must be completed through the secure portal below:
Update Certification
After signing in, navigate to the tax documentation section and follow the instructions to complete your renewal. You will review your personal information, confirm your tax residency, and submit a new electronic certification. Once approved, your renewed W-8BEN will remain on file through the 2026 validity period unless regulatory changes require earlier action.
Completing this renewal will help ensure continued compliance through 2026.
