Hi Lot,

It’s Kevin.

I want to share an image with you today, but I’ll have to paint it with words.

Imagine an ice cube sitting in a room at -5 degrees. You start heating the room. -4 degrees. -3 degrees. -2 degrees.

You have exerted energy. You have changed the environment. You have done the work. But the ice cube still looks exactly the same.

If you stopped now, you would say: "I tried, but it didn't work."

But you were just storing potential energy. At 0 degrees, the ice melts. The result happens all at once.

We are 40 days into the year. You might feel like you’re at "-1 degree." You’re working, but your life looks the same.

This is the most dangerous moment. This is where people quit—right before the melt.

Don't mistake "invisible progress" for "no progress." Keep heating the room.
