Principal's Message
Langley families,
We've had a great week at Langley. It was wonderful to return to a normal routine. It's hard to believe we're already halfway through February. I want to share that we’ve experienced several close calls and a few minor vehicle accidents in our parking lots over the past few weeks. Please follow our kiss-and-ride pattern each morning and drop your students off at Door #14. Dropping off in the parking lot or at Door #1 is not allowed, as both create dangerous conditions for students upon arrival. Greeting everyone each morning is a highlight of my day.

Additionally, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, we will start closing the two-way avenue that allows vehicles to bypass the front of the parking lot and access the rear. This closure will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each school day. We believe this change will also enhance overall traffic safety in our parking lot. The avenue will stay open during arrival and dismissal times

Otto's Applause
Otto’s Applause allows members of the Langley community to recognize an employee who has made a meaningful difference through their hard work and dedication in supporting our students. Whether it is a teacher, counselor, or any staff member who goes above and beyond, Otto’s Applause is a great way to say thank you.
Parents and guardians are invited to submit nominations using the Otto’s Applause Form. Nominations are due by Friday, February 27th, 2026.
PTSA General Membership Meeting
Come join us Fri, Feb 20 for our Principal's Coffee at 9 am followed by our meeting at 9:30 am. Wondering how best to help your student earn community service hours? Not sure where to find opportunities? Come hear Karen Burke address
these questions and any others you may have. If you have anything to ask in advance, please email questions to ptsalangley@gmail.com. We hope to see you there!
Please park in the bus loop located at the back of the building and enter through Entrance #10. You’ll go through the security screening (no need to sign in at the main office). Afterward, head upstairs and turn right—the Lecture Hall will be straight ahead.
