U. of Tenn launches new safety app
A new safety app, Safe@UT, has debuted at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a panic button that instantly streams video to first responders. Responders will also be able to track the user's location. Panic buttons will also be in faculty offices and throughout the campus.
