We're in full meme territory now, folks! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has officially hit MTG, and love it or hate it, this actually looks like a great, compact Draft format, despite being another smaller set.

They didn't try to reinvent the wheel here. The archetypes are pretty straightforward, and there are tons of hybrid cards to glue everything together. Here are some big picture notes:

• Sneak is a new variant on ninjutsu, and lets you cast spells mid-combat to throw the opponent off guard.
• Food and Mutagen tokens are both prevalant artifacts, with entire archetypes built around them.
• Disappear is a new take on morbid/void, and rewards you for making stuff on your side of the battlefield vanish.
• +1/+1 counters are a big deal here, which is made all the easier with Mutagens.
• Oh, and there's a turtle in every pack. Cowabunga!

It looks like they did a great job of making the archetypes overlap, and the power level looks pretty high, too! Try out TMNT for yourself on the Draft Simulator, it should be a shell of a time.
