What’s changing?
Country and region specific appendixes
We’ve added jurisdiction-specific appendixes so it’s easier to understand how privacy requirements apply in the countries and regions where we operate.
Biometric data processing
We’ve included a dedicated section explaining how biometric data may be processed when you choose to provide a selfie, video or ID. This supports identity checks, account security and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements - and includes an explicit consent acknowledgement.
Automated decision-making
The Privacy Notice now explains how automated decision-making may be used to provide our services and meet regulatory obligations.
