2026 Recent Graduate Positions Now Open! The Recent Graduates Program provides participants with developmental experiences at CMS intended to promote possible careers for individuals who have graduated from qualifying educational institutions within the previous 2 years. This one-year program is designed to provide an opportunity for individuals who lack experience to participate in Federal government jobs, enabling them to develop on the job as they establish their careers. Successful candidates are placed in a developmental program with the potential to lead to permanent employment at CMS.
