W związku z modernizacją i wprowadzeniu nowych funkcjonalności w naszym sklepie chcielibyśmy poinformować Cię o aktualizacji regulaminu naszego sklepu internetowego (w tym również w zakresie newslettera), która ma na celu dostosowanie go do wprowadzonych zmian.
Wprowadzone zmiany dotyczą m.in. doprecyzowania procedury składania zamówień oraz opisu nowych funkcjonalności takich jak newsletter WhatsApp. Nie będą one jednak wpływały na techniczne aspekty korzystania ze sklepu (np. na sposób składania zamówień) oraz nie będą obejmowały zamówień złożonych przed zmianą regulaminu.

Jeżeli jednak jego nowe zapisy budzą Twoje zastrzeżenia, możesz usunąć swoje konto w sklepie lub zrezygnować z newslettera w ciągu 7 dni od dnia otrzymania niniejszej wiadomości (wówczas nowe zapisy nie będą Cię dotyczyły).
Niezależnie, możesz usunąć swoje konto lub z rezygnować z otrzymywania newslettera w każdym czasie po upływie tego terminu.

In connection with the modernization and introduction of new functionalities in our store, we would like to inform you about an update to the Terms and conditions (including the newsletter), aimed at aligning them with the implemented changes.
The introduced changes concern, among other things, clarifying the order placement procedure and describing new functionalities such as the WhatsApp newsletter. However, they will not affect the technical aspects of using the store (e.g., the way orders are placed) and will not apply to orders placed before the changes to the terms and conditions.
