Friday

  • Dropkick Murphys kick off their annual St. Patrick’s Day shows on Friday at MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

  • The “Legends of Laughter” tour stops at the Boch Center Wang Theatre, featuring comics Sommore, Earthquake, Lavell Crawford, and Arnez J.

  • Comedian Nimesh Patel’s “With All Due Disrespect” tour stops at the Wilbur Friday and Saturday.

  • New York’s Gibney Company premieres a program featuring three Boston at the ICA Friday and Saturday.

Saturday

  • Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell star in the new drama series “The Madison,” premiering on Paramount+.

  • Cara Butler leads the StepCrew for an Irish dance performance at Norwood Theatre.

  • New Kids on the Block help welcome a new era for Boston sports, playing the halftime show for Legacy FC’s home opener at Gillette Stadium.




Sunday

  • The Oscars return Sunday night, with Brookline native Conan O’Brien back as host.

Ongoing

  • SpeakEasy Stage Company’s “The Antiquities” continues at Roberts Studio Theatre through March 28.

  • Presented by Company One Theatre, “You Are Cordially Invited to the End of the World!” runs through March 28.

Last chance

  • The production “Stereophonic” concludes its stay at Emerson Colonial Theatre on Sunday.
