We completely re-architected the canvas to support role-based workflows, where the file owner holds the controls.

You finally have the freedom to co-create in the same file, with the structure to prevent chaos.

Exclusive Sharing: Only File Owners can open the Share Page Modal.
Instant Access: Grant View or Edit rights to the whole company instantly, or invite specific individuals.
Version Control: Only File Owners can access the "View Saved" history to keep the timeline clean.
Ironclad Security: Pages cannot be shared with Free/Standard/Pro users or anyone outside your Team/Enterprise.

Editors are true co-creators. You have full creative parity alongside the Admin.

Multiplayer Editing: Jump into a shared file and design simultaneously to other team members.
Complete Control: Generate designs via Studio/Chat, use the full toolbar, edit notes, and manage images.
Flowchart Frictionless: Iterate visually on flowcharts in real-time with your team.

View permission is perfect for PMs, clients, or executives who need to see the work but shouldn't touch the canvas.

Protected Review Mode: A permanent “View-only” lock ensures the master design stays safe from accidental clicks while still enabling previews.
Prompt History: See exactly how the AI was prompted to get the current design.
Asset Extraction: Viewers can still export designs to Figma/Webflow/Code and download images for their own presentations.

A Brand New Format: Presentations

Since you already have all your screens into UX Pilot, you shouldn't have to export your UI into PowerPoint or a separate Figma file just to build a pitch deck for your stakeholders, right?

Well, we thought so too! So you can now generate Presentation Slides directly from Studio.

New Screen Types: Choose between Slide Landscape or Slide Portrait as your canvas foundation.
Smart Context: Studio prompts automatically adapt to presentation-style formatting and layouts.
Generate a Full Deck: Create an entire presentation. Select your screen, go to Studio → Pick the Presentation Format → Generate Flow, and the AI will build out the rest of the deck for you.
