The Toowoomba Royal Show was the place to be this week and the ABC team headed out to catch up with everyone from cattle exhibitors to ride operators.
Grace, Brandon and Dan were all there at some point over the three days of the show.
Further south Dan was in Amiens on the Granite Belt chatting to a producer about the rising cost of fuel and Brandon travelled to Junabee near Warwick, that story coming your way shortly.
David and Kemii asked the listeners to share their experiences of how high rising fuel costs are impacting them as part of the ABC's Under the Pump initiative.
They heard from Ross who's from Bell on the Western Downs, he's been travelling with his caravan, he told them he was cutting his trip short because of the fuel situation.
Hang glider pilot Steve is from Adelaide and he's decided not to attend one of Australia's major hang-gliding competitions in Dalby this month, not just because of the cost but because of the shortages of fuel in some places.
Stay tuned to find out more about some of the stories we are working on including some from St George and Goondiwindi.
Have a safe Easter.
