Bad news, Mario fans (and everyone else who’s not a fan but will be dragged to the theatre anyway by their kids):
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is an empty void that assumes the worst of children. We can’t really describe the plot…something about mushrooms and princesses and cutesy dinosaurs. It doesn’t really matter. Kids will think it's okay and you'll survive.
