I am about to turn 41 in May and I need to keep my skin looking younger as I age because every year we age we lose more of the power to produce collagen. My personal favourite product that I cannot live without is our Red Light Face Mask. As I am writing this email to you I am in California, trying to get some much needed sunshine following 3 months in London with minimal vitamin D.

The issue when I travel is that hotel lighting is harsh, full of blue light and flickers. These things are terrible for jet lag management, sleep and my nervous system. I now travel with our Full Spectrum Light Bulbs. I change all the bulbs in the hotel room lamps so my body clock can remain optimal and healthy when I travel. It's like a home away from home for me.
