Hey Iza,
Here are 3 of my most psychopathic shadow work rituals.
They're gnarly.
But this shadow work is the reason I am who I am today.
Okay... grab your journal right now and give these a go ⬇️
1. The Victim Autopsy.
Write down every time this month you said "they did this to me." Now rewrite it as: "I allowed this because ____." Fill in the blank honestly.
Feels gross, right?
That's because your shadow doesn't want you to see where YOU are the common denominator. It wants you pointing fingers. It wants you stuck in the story of what happened to you so you can keep playing the victim.
2. The Rage Receipt.
Write down the last 3 times you lost your sh*t at someone. Now admit what boundary you refused to set that caused the build up.
Because that rage wasn't about them. It was about every time you said yes when you every fibre of you wanted to say no, and swallowed what you should've spat out with an honest conversation.
3. The Shame Excavation.
Write one thing you've done that you'd die if anyone found out. Now ask: "Who do I judge for doing the exact same thing?"
That's your shadow projecting.
The thing you hate most in other people is the thing you haven't forgiven in yourself.
Still here? Good.
You just did some deep shadow work.
And that's just 3.
My 11 Days of Shadow Work journal walks you through 11 MORE days of this.
Each day ripping open a different part of your shadow - your fears, your procrastination, your inner critic, your unworthiness - and giving you a framework to actually DO something about it.
Not understand it. Not "process" it. Change it.
