These updated Terms and Privacy Policy will go into effect for existing users on May ‍24, ‍2026.

Here’s a summary of the changes, but we encourage you to review the updated Terms and Privacy Policy in full:

• We updated the Terms to clarify provisions about credit card fees, remove references to inactive features, updated provisions of our dispute resolution and arbitration agreement for U.S. users, incorporated a Canadian class action waiver, and added Australian users to our European Terms.
• We updated the Privacy Policy to provide greater clarity about the information we collect and how we process it, and to incorporate necessary legal disclosures.

Your continued use of HotelTonight after the date identified above will be subject to, and constitute your acceptance of, the updated Terms. If you disagree with either the updated Terms or Privacy Policy, you may terminate your agreement with HotelTonight by deleting your account.
