You know that moment when a cold first hits and you start praying it does not get worse?

I knew I needed a fresh batch of Instagram posts, so I decided to build my own Claude Skill for Instagram.
I kept ordering tea and going wild.
Here’s what I did:
- I went into Claude Cowork and fed it all our Instagram post templates.
- I used the Claude Browser plugin to access my Instagram profile, analyse it, and suggest best practices.
- I fed it a bunch of old posts.
- I got it to analyse a whole range of competitors, pull out their best practices, and identify what is working right now.
- I had it study the design style of my profile too.
All of this is done with Claude Cowork A-Z:
