Well, hello there Iza,
Do you obsess over making the "perfect" career choice? Exhaust yourself trying to craft a path that won't disappoint anyone?
Underneath all that effort can be profound anxiety—because if there's only one right choice, the margin for error feels terrifyingly small.
Recently, while watching a Richard Feynman physics lecture, it hit me: we waste so much energy trying to manufacture certainty where it simply doesn't exist. And that need for certainty quietly limits what we allow ourselves to imagine is possible.
In today's episode, I'm diving into a concept that flips this entirely on its head: The Odyssey Plan, from Stanford University's Designing Your Life program.
This exercise doesn't ask you to blow up your life or make any sudden decisions. It asks you to shift a deeply ingrained premise. From there isn't just one life that's right for you to there are multiple versions that could make you happy, fulfilled, and aligned.
It’s time to expand what you allow yourself to see as possible.

Day 1 of Good With Money was amazing !!!!
The workshop is designed for high-capacity leaders who are done chasing relief through more and ready to build something that actually supports them. Think: turning income into real stability and creating growth that feels clean, not chaotic.
It's not too late to join for Session 2, and you get the replay to Day 1 when you register.

| | | | From Anxious to Secure Attachment with Trevor Hanson
| |
In this episode of The Terri Cole Show, I’m sitting down with psychotherapist Trevor Hanson to talk about moving from anxious to secure attachment. We’ve all been there—stuck in the "research phase," reading every book and taking every quiz, yet still finding ourselves repeating the same painful relationship patterns.
Trevor and I dive deep into the “origin stories” that drive our adult behaviors and the hidden link between anxious and avoidant styles. Most importantly, we discuss how to actually stop going through the motions and start rewiring your brain for real security. Trevor even shares a powerful “voice note” tool you can use immediately to start meeting your own unmet needs.
Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one. It’s time to move past the theory and start doing the work that actually hits your emotional center.
