A new LCDGT tentative list has been posted. This list contains proposals for new or revised demographic group terms currently being reviewed by the LCDGT Advisory Group and the Policy, Training, and Cooperative Programs (PTCP) Division of the Library of Congress.

The proposals on this list are NOT YET APPROVED and are not yet available for use in current cataloging.

The LCDGT Advisory Group welcomes constructive comments on these proposals. Please send feedback to lcdgt@loc.gov by Friday, May 15, 2026.
