| Melted brie and blueberry tartine |
| Did you know? “Tartine” is the French word for an open-faced sandwich. And while you may not think that this flavor combination is fitting for a sandwich, I urge you to give it a try! The blueberry preserves offer a counterbalance to the saltiness of the brie, and the (optional) thyme takes it to the next level. Ready in under 5 minutes and calling for just four ingredients, it’s ideal for a quick snack or a last-minute dish for hosting.

| Blueberries are low in calories and fat yet provide a healthy amount of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Interestingly, brie has a decent amount of protein, with just a 1 oz. serving providing a similar amount of protein to a large white egg. This will help you feel full long after eating.
