In one week, it begins: On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the new investment round for Companisto launches. You will then have a short window to invest in Companisto.
Based on strong feedback from Companisto investors last week, we expect the round to be oversubscribed quickly. Once all shares are allocated, the round will close.
What makes an investment in Companisto unique is that Companisto holds a carry in all startups financed through Companisto. This means that when a startup generates profits or exits, Companisto receives a share of the returns.
This applies to all startups funded in the past, more than 100 active companies including HERO, DiaMonTech, AMERIA, and many more, as well as all future investments. Currently, 35 to 40 startups are financed through Companisto each year.
An investment in Companisto is therefore also an indirect investment in every startup ever financed through Companisto. |
