6th Grade Division-wide Chorus
Our 6th graders were amazing at the chorus concert last Saturday! There were 650 students from our division who sang together beautifully. The director did a great job helping the students do their very best.
New Picnic Tables
Thank you to Mr. Alan Van Looveren and Mr. Jeffrey Kelsey for assembling the new picnic tables purchased by our PTO. We really appreciate having such a supportive community.
National Bike & Roll to School Day is May 6, 2026!
On this day students are allowed to bike or scooter to school with parent permission. This is not mandatory, but if your parents allow you to, you may bike or scooter to and from school. The purpose of this day is to incorporate regular physical activity and to practice healthy habits. Regular physical activity helps children build strong bones, muscles and joints. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that children and adolescents should get one hour or more physical activity each day. Another reason to Bike and Roll to School is it help reduce the amount of air pollutants released by automobiles.
If you choose to participate on May 6th, remember the rules of bike safety.
- Wear your helmet.
- Stay on the sidewalk.
- Remember to stop at intersections and look both ways before crossing the street.
- Plan with your parents/guardian about which route you plan to take.

As we plan teacher staffing for the next school year 2024-2025, we need your help to determine our enrollment numbers. Staffing is based on enrollment and state regulations require we determine the educational intentions of students leaving Silverbrook.
