PTO Board Openings/ Volunteer Opportunities

The PTO is recruiting volunteers for our next school year! We have openings for positions on the PTO board positions as well as other volunteer opportunities. See below for more information and how to express your interest by May 15th! 

• PTO president for the 2026-27 school year -  The Halley Elementary School PTO President serves as a vital link between the PTO, Halley Administrative Team, and the teachers, helping to foster communication, collaboration, and support across the Halley Community.  ➡️   Click here for more information about the role and express your interest!
• Committee Chair or Officer! Lead fun events like the Welcome Back Teacher Breakfast, Bingo Night or Teacher & Staff appreciation week and support our Hornet community. Roles are shared, flexible, and inclusive for all parents/guardians. Sign up to make a difference today!  ➡️  Officer/Chair Form

• Field Day and 6th Grade Promotion Volunteers Needed! 

  The PTO is looking for some parent volunteers to help with the upcoming field day and 6th grade promotion events. If you’re interested in helping out please email WilliamHalleyPTO@gmail.com for more information!

• Celebrating Our 6th Graders - June 1st - 19th. 

  Our 6th grader hornets are heading to middle school soon! We are planning some exciting activities in the lead up to the promotion ceremony and celebrations. Stay tuned!

Spring Book Fair Online Until May 3rd

Thank you so much for supporting our Halley Spring Book Fair!. You can still shop online here until May 3^rd and our school receives 25%.
