Katie Holt *Softball
Katie Holt exemplifies resilience and teamwork. She has pitched in every game this season and has persevered through challenging innings to effectively shut down strong opposing teams at the plate. Katie is receptive to coaching; she is respectful, diligent, and demonstrates strong leadership on the team.

Manny Mequanint *Boys Soccer
Manny accounted for 3 goals 2 assists across the week providing at least one in every game. His on-field presence and dynamic possession is a reason we will push as far as we can this year. He is growing into his leadership beyond play, assuming ownership of the team he is trying to lead back to a state tournament.

Herndon HHS Sports Physical Night
Sports Physicals - May 18th
Herndon High School will be hosting sports physicals on Monday, May 18th. This is a convenient option for your student-athlete to complete their required physical for the upcoming school year.
- Cost: $50 (cash or check on-site, or pre-paid through MySchoolBucks)
- A new sports physical is required each school year.

The funds raised will allow us to continue providing the best in athletic training healthcare.
