I would go with the earlier time since the rest of the day gets crowded fast, and I always feel better when I start before everything becomes noisy.
If that does not work on your side, late afternoon is probably the only other slot I can handle without rushing around.
I finally cleaned up my desk last night, so I am oddly motivated to keep the week organized.
The notebook I found under a pile of papers had all the things I forgot to follow up on, which was helpful and slightly embarrassing.
Also, the plants by the window look much happier now that I remembered to rotate them.
