CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got away from me and then I realized I never hit send.
I think your idea makes sense, especially the part about keeping it simple the first time instead of trying to solve every little detail at once. When I overthink things, I end up making more work than needed, so I’ve been trying to choose the version that’s easiest to maintain and adjust later.
I also liked your suggestion about checking in after a few days rather than deciding immediately whether something worked. Sometimes the first impression feels too strong and it helps to wait a bit before changing direction again. If you want, I can take a second pass at it tomorrow and send a shorter version with cleaner wording. That might make the next step easier and give us something practical to react to rather than just talking around it.

I looked over everything you sent and I think the easiest path is still the best one.
The longer version has some good parts, but a few sections feel more complicated than they need to be, and I suspect that may be what caused the delay in the first place. If I were handling it from scratch, I’d probably keep the opening clear, remove the extra explanations, and see whether the structure stands up on its own. Usually that reveals what actually matters.
I’m around later this evening if you want to talk it through in real time, though I’m equally happy to leave notes instead. Sometimes I’m better at spotting issues when I step away for a bit and come back with fresh eyes. Either way, I don’t think you’re far off. It mostly seems like small refinements now, not a major reset.
