Reminder: Rollout 4th May 2026 for Extended Service Terms in CSP

Microsoft has updated Extended Service Terms (EST) rollout timelines in CSP. Starting 4th May 2026, subscriptions with auto-renew set to false will automatically convert to EST. OpenText is preparing mitigation to address unintended renewals under this change.

Retirement of Microsoft Partner University

Microsoft will retire Partner University on 15th June, 2026. Existing user linkings earn skilling credit until June 2027, after which assessments will no longer count. MSPs should review linkings, complete assessments by 2026, and prepare for new skilling paths to maintain Modern Work designation continuity.
