CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I meant to reply sooner, but I wanted to try your idea first before saying anything. I took the longer path through the park yesterday evening, and you were right, it made the whole walk feel calmer and less rushed.
I also brought that notebook along and ended up writing down a few loose thoughts, which helped more than I expected. I think I have been overcomplicating things lately, so having a quiet hour without trying to fix everything felt useful.
I am going to keep the weekend simple and finally sort through the stack of papers on my desk, then maybe start that series you mentioned. If you are still up for it, I would love your list of episodes worth beginning with, because I never know the best order. Also, thank you again for checking in the other day. It was kind, and it genuinely helped me reset my mood.

I was thinking about what you asked, and I do think changing the routine a little has made my days feel lighter. I started making tea earlier in the evening instead of waiting until I was already tired, and somehow that helped me slow down before everything turned busy.
I also moved my phone charger across the room, which was annoying for one night and then surprisingly helpful after that. I have been reading a few pages before bed again, nothing difficult, just enough to quiet my thoughts and keep me from scrolling without noticing the time.
Tomorrow I want to step outside in the morning for a few minutes, even if the weather is not ideal. Fresh air seems to reset my head in a way that staying indoors never does. If you have any more small habit suggestions, send them over. I am clearly in the mood for practical ideas that do not require a full plan or a huge burst of energy.
