Walmart Rewards Expiry Notice
i finally finished that book you lent me last month. the character development was incredible, especially the way the author explored the theme of resilience. i found myself completely immersed in the setting, which felt like a character itself. it reminded me a lot of that novel we read in college, but with a more modern sensibility. i highlighted so many passages that i want to discuss with you. maybe we can grab coffee this week and swap thoughts on the ending? i am curious if you interpreted it as hopeful or bittersweet because i was really torn. anyway, thanks again for the recommendation. i would not have picked it up on my own, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of story i needed right now. let me know what you think about meeting up. i am free most afternoons after three. looking forward to hearing your perspective on the final chapter especially.

my attempts at baking sourdough have been a hilarious disaster so far. the starter i created smells exactly like vinegar and nail polish remover, which i am told is normal, but it still makes me nervous. my first loaf came out looking like a deflated football and had the density of a brick. my second attempt was slightly better, but i accidentally used salt instead of sugar, so it was inedible. i am determined to get it right though. there is something so satisfying about the idea of creating bread from just flour, water, and patience. i have been watching dozens of tutorials online, and they make it look so effortless. hopefully, by the end of the month, i will have something worth serving to guests instead of just making them great compost material. the aroma of fresh bread is one of my favorite things, so it is worth the effort.
