Yes, I think the plan for the community event is solid. We have the permits approved and the vendors confirmed. The only remaining detail is the entertainment. I reached out to the local band, and they are available on that date. Their rate is reasonable. I will send you the contract to review. Let me know if we should lock them in or look for other options. The park space is ample for the crowd we anticipate.

I just finished the preliminary sketches for the backyard layout. The patio space is large enough for the dining set and a small fire pit. We will need to grade the soil near the fence to improve drainage. I marked the areas where we can plant the shrubs.
