Hello,

Did you know that we scrape every available email from your prospects' websites?

Sometimes just 1, but often more... much more.

Until now, they were all lumped together in the "All Emails" column, and whichever one appeared most on the site was used in the "Email" field.

That's probably the one you use for your cold mailing campaigns.

And the "All Emails" column? You ignore it most of the time.
Because you don't really know what's in it.

Result: you prospect with a single email per listing. All the others sit untouched in your spreadsheet.

We fixed that.

Scrap.io v2 now classifies every detected email by category, for the right use:
  • Individual Email → a specific person's email. And we automatically extract the first name and last name into two dedicated columns (Individual Email First Name + Individual Email Last Name). "Hi Marie, I noticed that…" becomes automatic.
  • Contact Email → contact@, info@, hello@…
  • Sales Email → sales@, orders@, commercial@…
  • Marketing Email → marketing@, advertising@, partnerships@…
  • Finance Email → accounting, investors, finance…
  • Admin Email → anything admin-related…
What this changes in your workflow:
Before, one search = one export = one generic campaign.

Now, one search = one export = multiple targeted campaigns, each with the right segment, the right tone, the right CTA.
In practice:
  • Personalized cold mailing → Individual Email column + Individual Email First Name in the body. Native personalization.
  • Sales pitch → Sales Email column with a direct offer.
  • Partnership request → Marketing Email column for co-branding or visibility exchanges.
  • Fintech or finance SaaS offer → Finance Email column, done.
Same CSV, four different campaigns. Each one lands in the right inbox, with the right message.

And good news for everyone: all new columns — email classification, landline/mobile phone type, extracted first and last names — are available on all plans, including Basic.

No restrictions.

P.S. This is my last message about Scrap.io's new features. But I couldn't cover all of them, so I'll let you discover the rest in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cehSjLcgsKc
