Here's how I eat 50g of protein at lunch almost every day... 


It's my 10 minute air fryer BBQ chicken: 

50g protein, 300 calories


Simple:


1. pound a chicken breast flat, season with salt
2. air fry 5 mins at 450f
3. spread 1 tbsp BBQ sauce all over top + pepper
4. cook for 5 more minutes

⛽️ solid over steamy white rice
⛽️ slaps in a wrap with greens and caesar dressing
⛽️ pure fire in a rice paper with vermicelli noodle

It's a staple in our house at this point. Works great with chicken thighs, too.
