The eyes of the tech world have recently been focused on a court in Oakland, rather than screens. It's here that Elon Musk is suing Sam Altman - with whom he founded ChatGPT creator OpenAI - the company, its president and Microsoft, seeking $150bn (£112.6bn) in damages. He claims he was misled into donating millions of dollars and that the original non-profit mission was reneged on. Altman meanwhile claims Musk is trying to hobble a rival. Yet the case has been about more than just the two headliners and has seen a string of high-profile tech individuals give evidence, presided over by a no-nonsense judge who didn't allow lunch breaks. With the arguments finished, it's over to the jury, and ultimately Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, to decide what happens.
