A Message from Principal Peterson
May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, and it’s the perfect reminder that healthy habits built during childhood can last a lifetime. At Riverside, we are fortunate to have two amazing PE teachers, Mr. Davis and Mr. Fernandez, who work every day to help our students stay active, build confidence, learn teamwork, and understand the importance of taking care of their bodies and minds. Whether students are practicing skills, learning new games, or simply finding joy in movement, our PE program helps create positive habits that support success both inside and outside the classroom.
