We're updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect new features, changes to subscriptions, and a new data residency option for EU based customers.

These updates take effect on 29 May 2026. Until then, the previous Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to govern your account.

What is changing

• Jig Spark AI: New terms covering how upcoming AI features work and how your data is used. Any customer can disable AI features and opt out of having their data used to improve AI features.
• Self-serve sign-up: Starter subscriptions are now provisioned by our sales team rather than via self-checkout. Existing self-serve subscriptions are unaffected.
• EU data residency: Enterprise customers may now request EU-region hosting and processing to keep Customer Data within the EEA.

At launch, you can manage your AI data preferences in Dashboard > Team Settings > Content. Note, Jig Spark AI is in Beta and not generally available yet.

Enterprise customers:

If you have a signed Master Services Agreement or Enterprise Terms of Service with JigSpace, those agreements continue to govern your account and supersede these updates. For any questions about this, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

By continuing to use JigSpace after 29 May 2026, you are agreeing to the updated Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you can stop using JigSpace, or cancel your account before the effective date.
