Hey, yeah I looked into the park reservation for Saturday. We can grab the big pavilion from 10 AM to 4 PM. It has two grills and a sink which makes cleanup way easier than last time. I think we should plan for about 20 people so we need to get enough chairs and maybe a couple of coolers. The kids can play soccer on the field right next to it. Let me know if you want me to pick up the burgers and buns or if you wanted to handle that. I can also bring my portable speaker for music. The weather looks decent so far so hopefully it holds up. We should probably have a backup plan in case it rains but there is a big shelter there too so we can just crowd in if we need to. Let me know what you think. I can also bring some games for the kids like cornhole or something. Just let me know.

For the project files, I think we should create a main folder with subfolders for each phase. Phase one is just the research so those docs can go right in the top level. I can set up the permissions so everyone can view but only a few can edit. We should also schedule a weekly check-in for Tuesdays at 2 PM just to make sure we are on track. I know everyone is busy but 30 minutes should be enough to cover blockers. I will send out a recurring invite. Also I found a template for the status reports that we can use so everyone is consistent. We can review it at the next meeting. Let me know if you want to add anything else to the agenda. I think it would be helpful to have a shared document for notes too so we can keep everything in one place.
