I actually ended up going with the blue one instead of the green. The color looked much better in person and the fabric felt a bit heavier which I prefer for the colder months. The whole process took about three days longer than I expected but the customer service team kept me updated the entire time which was nice. I also tried that new place you mentioned last week and it was really good. The atmosphere was cozy and the menu had plenty of options. I went with the seasonal special and it was delicious. I would definitely go back again. They also have a nice outdoor seating area that would be perfect when the weather warms up.
The weather has been pretty mild here lately which has been nice for getting outside. I have been taking the dog for longer walks in the evening and it has been a nice way to unwind after work. Hope you are doing well too. Let me know when you are free to catch up properly.

I finally got around to organizing the garage over the weekend and it took way longer than I thought it would. I found some old boxes I had not opened since the move and there were some interesting things in there. I ended up donating a bunch of stuff we never use anymore and it freed up so much space. We can actually park both cars in there now which feels like a win.
I also started that book you recommended and I am really enjoying it so far. The writing style is engaging and the characters feel real. I am about halfway through and I am excited to see how it ends. Have you read anything else by the same author? I might look for their other books after I finish this one.
The kids have been keeping us busy with their activities. Soccer practice three times a week plus games on weekends. It is a lot of running around but they love it so it is worth it. We are thinking about signing them up for swimming lessons next month as well. Life has been busy but good. Hope you and your family are doing great.
