Yeah I think I can make it work this weekend if we push the start time back a little. I know the original plan was noon but I have to drop my cousin off at the airport around 10 and then drive over so I would probably get there closer to 1 or 1:30. Let me know if that works for you otherwise we can figure something else out. I can also grab snacks on the way if you want just tell me what you need. Also I finally watched that show you recommended last week and honestly I was skeptical at first but it really grew on me after the second episode. The main character is kind of annoying but I think that is the point. Anyway let me know about the time change and if you want me to bring anything specific.

I also wanted to ask if you still have that book I lent you a while back. No rush on returning it I was just thinking about it and wanted to read it again. Also I found a really good playlist recently that I think you would like I will send you the link later. I have been listening to it while cooking and it just makes everything feel more relaxed. Let me know what you think of the time change and we can go from there.

Also just a heads up I might bring my neighbor along if that is cool with you. He is new in town and does not really know anyone yet. He is pretty chill and I think he would get along with everyone. Let me know if that works or if you prefer to keep it small this time. I totally understand either way. Okay I think that is everything for now. Let me know what works.

Hey I just wanted to follow up on our conversation from yesterday about the project timeline. I have been thinking about it more and I think we can actually get the first phase done by the end of next month if we focus on the core pieces first and leave the extras for later. I know we talked about doing everything at once but I feel like breaking it up would reduce stress and also give us time to adjust if something comes up. Let me know what you think about this approach. I can draft a revised schedule and send it over if you want to go that route. Also I wanted to mention that I found a really useful tool that might help us track progress better it is pretty simple but I think it would make a big difference in staying organized. I can show it to you at our next check-in if you are interested. Anyway let me know your thoughts on the timeline shift when you get a chance. No rush just wanted to put it out there.

I also wanted to ask if you have any recommendations for good hiking trails in the area. I am planning to go this weekend with a few friends and we are looking for something moderate not too hard but not just a flat walk either. Somewhere with decent views would be ideal. If you have been to any good spots let me know. Also I finally tried that new coffee shop downtown and honestly it was really good. I had a pour over and it was super smooth. I think you would like it. They also have a nice outdoor seating area which is perfect this time of year. We should go there sometime if you are free. Let me know what you think.

Also just a heads up I might have to reschedule our meeting next Wednesday if my flight gets delayed. I will know more by Monday and will keep you posted. I hope that is okay. I really do want to make it work but I also do not want to rush through everything if I am tired. Let me know if there is a backup day that works for you just in case. I think Thursday afternoon could work for me if that helps. Okay that is all for now. Talk soon.
