About the neighborhood book swap, I think organizing by genre would make it easier for everyone to browse. I can sort my contribution into fiction, non-fiction, and children's books. We should also decide whether we want to allow trades only or just let people take what they want. The community center board approved the 15th, so that date is confirmed. I can handle the signage and setup if you can manage the take-down and donations to the library afterward. Let me know if you need me to bring extra tables.
