I looked into the timing for the community garden workday next Saturday. The forecast shows clear skies all morning, so we should be good to start around 8:30. I already confirmed with the parks department that we can use the shed tools, and they mentioned the compost delivery is scheduled for Friday afternoon. We will need to bring our own gloves and pruning shears since those supplies are limited. I also reached out to the volunteers from last season, and about half have already replied yes. The plan is to focus on the raised beds along the southern fence first, then move to the herb spiral near the entrance. If you can bring that extra wheelbarrow you mentioned, that would really help move the mulch faster. Let me know if you want to adjust the start time or if there is anything else you think we should prepare ahead of the day.

I checked the meeting notes from Tuesday and saw that the vendor presentation has been moved to the afternoon session. That shift actually works better for our team since we have the budget review in the morning. I have already updated the shared calendar and sent a note to the facilities team about the room change. The projector in conference room B has been acting up, so I reserved room C instead, which has the newer display. For the agenda, I think we should keep the Q&A portion to fifteen minutes so we have enough time for the working group breakout. I also prepared a one-page summary of the key points from last quarter that you can hand out if needed. Let me know if you want me to print extra copies or if there is anything else you need me to pull together before the meeting.
