Weather looks like it should cooperate so we can use the backyard.
We might need to borrow a couple extra folding tables and chairs if you have access to any.
I can grab the grill supplies and charcoal on Friday.
Let me know if anyone has dietary restrictions I should plan for.
We should probably have a few vegetarian options just in case.
I'll bring my portable speaker for music.
Parking might be tight so maybe suggest people carpool if they can.
I'll send out directions to everyone later today.
Also if you have a cooler we could use for drinks that would help a lot.

The community center has a room available from ten in the morning until three in the afternoon.
I think we should ask everyone to bring up to five books they are willing to trade.
We could set up tables by genre to make browsing easier.
Fiction in one area and non-fiction in another with a separate table for children's books.
I already reached out to a few local authors and two said they might stop by to do a short reading.
We will need volunteers to help with setup and cleanup.
I can handle the flyers and social media posts.
