Introducing Image Walkthroughs

This one is going to change how you navigate your 3D models. Image Walkthroughs are now available for Lite and Premium users.

When you upload a video into SkyeBrowse, we now show image icons throughout your 3D model.

Select any image icon and the image viewer opens up. From there, you can zoom in, pan around, and inspect the scene in detail.

This works especially well with 360 videos. Since the camera sees in every direction, you can look around the scene from each capture point.

This is great for inspections, construction, real estate, CSI, and pre-plans.

Training Pooler Police Department

I went down to Pooler, GA this week to train their department on mapping crashes, crime scenes, and critical infrastructure like schools.

A 4-minute drone flight preserves a crash scene before traffic backs up. For CSI, a 3D model lets investigators revisit a scene anytime. For safety, mapping a school beforehand gives first responders a massive advantage when seconds matter.

I also showed them our new SkyeBrowse EVR updates. Standing inside a 3D scene in VR is completely different from looking at a screen, allowing you to brief your team as if you are actually there.
