Iza,
Yesterday Instagram targeted me with this curious account.
A woman in her mid-sixties. Belgian. Divorced at 62. Decided to move to the Athens Riviera and start over.
She's this lovely lady – very classy, well-dressed, and very honest too.
And at some point she picks up her phone and starts recording her journey: what it's like at 65 to be a single woman who moves countries and starts building a life in a new place.
Her sharings and musings are clearly resonating with a lot of women out there.
You can see her sitting on the beach, just the iPhone in front of her, narrating an insight or a story from her week…
Or you'll see one of those talent-in-action videos, where she's walking down the beach with her thoughts overlaid as text.
I don't know why the algorithm targeted me with her account. But apparently just three weeks ago she had only 2,000 or 3,000 followers.
Something in her content resonated. The algorithm picked it up.
And now she has 21,000 followers. All very active. All very engaged.
I looked at the account for a while and wondered why.
A couple of things stood out.
It was brutally authentic and simple. Here I am. Divorced. Building a new life. Follow me along. That's it.
The format. Unedited. Unfiltered. Raw. Unscripted. And people resonate with that, especially when there's so much AI slop floating around right now.
She's not trying. That's exactly why it's working.
But here's the interesting part.
Now she has a brand. 21,000 people wanting to learn from her.
This is a perfect moment for her to look at what her audience needs and wants. Why they are following her. What they keep asking her about.
And then build a digital product for them.
A product that doesn't just continue to support her life in Greece but also shares what she's been learning along the way.
She's already started, actually. I clicked through to her bio link – she's selling $95 calls, a $19 guide, and a free newsletter called Letters from the Riviera.
Good for her.
This is how I've thought about every digital business I've built, Iza.
Feel the pulse. Watch what's resonating. Notice what people keep asking. Then build.
That's how the ChatGPT Prompt Bible got built. ~$3M.
Then the 70 GPT Bots. Another ~$2-3M.
Then the AI Specialists for Claude.
Then more.
And now, for the first time, I'm pulling back the curtain on all of it. The exact $10M playbook. How we built a business selling GPTs, Claude Plugins, and AI tools – and the model you can use to launch your first one.
Tomorrow 9am EST, you'll get the invite.
This particular woman in Athens (@kati.gyselinck) may well launch a proper product and start making $10K, $20K, $30K months from where she is now. Genuinely possible.
If you're already on your way, this gives you the next gear.
If you're starting out, this gives you the path.
Either way – watch your inbox tomorrow.
Best,
