The watts a worn pulley is eating do not come back until something better goes in. Anything you put off tonight is something you will be paying full price for in July, and your drivetrain will still sound exactly the same. Decide what you want June to feel like before midnight Mountain.

A bottom bracket and a Kolossos cage cover most of the loss. Add pulleys if you have been chasing the upgrade since spring. Put it together in one order, ride a quieter setup for the rest of the year, and stop thinking about it. Tonight is the last window.
