Hey iza,
A while back I had an idea for a new in-person workshop I want to run.
I'd been sitting on it for weeks.
Kept telling myself I'd flesh it out when things slowed down, when I had a proper block of time, when the idea felt more formed... You know how that goes.
Then one morning I mentioned it to a friend before I'd really thought it through. I just said it out loud.
And the second it left my mouth I knew two things...
1. It was actually a good idea!
2. I was now going to have to do something about it.
That's the whole trick, honestly.
I've watched myself follow through on things I wasn't even sure about, purely because I knew someone might ask me about it.
And I've watched airtight ideas die because they lived entirely inside my own head.
I NEED accountability to push me forward. I know this about myself.
There's real science behind why this happens, and we got into it on the blog this week. Worth reading if you've ever had a goal that never quite made it out of your head!
