Acclaimed Montreal wine bar Mon Lapin regularly ranks as one of Canada’s top restaurants, a distinction that comes with plenty of pressure. The Globe recently sat down with co-owner Vanya Filipovic, who spoke with us about embracing its status as a go-to place for locals while also welcoming tourists looking for a taste of culinary excellence. “Our idea is to have a place that we can fill with people we love, wines we love, food we love and music we love,” she says.
