Denver distiller wants people to stop hoarding whiskey, and start drinking

Jake Norris plans to release eight whiskey expressions over the next couple years. Though each will be a one-time offering, the former of Stranahan's and Laws Whiskey House distiller is incentivizing drinkers to break the seal by hosting chef-driven pop-up dinners to celebrate each release.
